About Claire Wilson

Claire is passionate about training office professionals because she knows that investing a little in your learning can take you a long way. She has held positions with job titles ranging from Senior Secretary to Executive Assistant in organisations as diverse as investment banking and public sector regulation.

Office professionals face work related challenges that can be quite different to those that others deal with. For example, huge responsibility levels, but limited authority. Claire’s experience in the role, and of training PAs for the last 13 years, places her in a strong position to be able to help others manage the challenges of the role.

Why would we choose to work with Claire?

Claire has 16 years’ training experience and has been a specialist in designing and delivering training for office professionals for the last 13 years

Is qualified as a PA to degree level and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

Personally works directly with the client from briefing through to delivery and evaluation so communication with the client is accurate and desired outcomes are understood from the start

Holds a certiticate in Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages and a professional Certificate in mentoring

Understands the perspective and challenges that support staff face and knows that their perspective on a training course may be different to that of management colleagues
