Influencing Skills for PAs
Who should attend?
This course has been designed for those PAs, secretaries and administrators who want to be effective by building and managing productive relationships across the organisation. Occasionally, you may meet difficult situations and conflicts. This workshop has been designed to help support staff to persuade and influence colleagues when necessary. It will provide delegates with the underpinning knowledge necessary for success in the areas of conflict handling and relationship building.
